We’re Alyssa and Lindsay—best friends for 13 years, moms whose kids are now best friends, and the partners behind Spool & Spark.

There’s something special about watching our friendship grow into the next generation—and getting to build something together along the way. Our kids get to see us dream things up, try something new, and turn a little spark into something real.

Creating together fills our souls in a way that’s hard to put into words. Every idea we bring to life is something we get to share and celebrate with someone who knows us by heart. That makes this journey deeply personal to both of us.

A few things to know.

When will my order arrive?

Allow about a week from placing your order to receiving it. We’re two besties, not Amazon—you can’t rush greatness! Custom or larger orders may need a different timeline, which we’ll confirm with you.

Are these all available now?

This collection includes pieces we’re making and designs we’re planning. Ask us about a favorite for current availability, color options, and pricing. Reference photos show the original designs; final items and included accessories will be confirmed before ordering.

How do custom orders work?

Share your idea through the custom request form. We’ll contact you to discuss the design, quantity, pricing, and timing. Sending a request doesn’t place or pay for an order.

Can I buy a ready-made creation?

Online checkout is being prepared for launch. The gingerbread price is a sample; other prices are coming soon. You can ask about any piece through our form. We’ll confirm the details with you before an order is placed.

Will my print look exactly like the photo?

Each item is 3D printed. Visible layer lines and small variations are part of the process. Specific colors, dimensions, and product details will be listed with each final item.

Can I request a batch for an event?

Yes—tell us about the occasion, your quantity, and when you need it in the custom form. We’ll review what’s possible and follow up with you.
